1. I cannot access the meeting / webinar

1. I cannot access the meeting / webinar

• More than 5 minutes before the session: the link is not yet active. It will become active 5 minutes before the session start
• Less than 5 minutes before the session:
  • The link might be corrupted, please contact IATP Office
  • The session might have ended, please contact IATP Office
     

2. I have issues with Zoom registration

• On a mobile phone: Zoom application must be installed
• On a company laptop: check your company policy
• On any other device: try to use another browser

3. What is the dress code for the Virtual Conference?

• You are an attendee: your camera will stay switched off, please refer to the code of conduct for further information
• You are a panelist / presenter: Dress code is Business

4. I want to invite a colleague to a Zoom meeting

Additional participants can be invited to join the meeting by clicking the “Invite” button once the session has started
