Testing Opportunities
As you may be aware of, all the Coronavirus restrictions, except entry rules, are waived in Denmark since September 10, 2021. However, considering the worldwide coverage of the conference participants, as an extra safety measure we will provide an easy-access antigen rapid testing service to all participants on arrival at the conference and before getting access to the conference space. Rapid tests have been shown to be 95% effective at detecting Covid-19 when used at the onset of symptoms according to a study by the Queen Mary University of London.
The initial mass screening by rapid test (STANDARD Q COVID-19 Ag Test) will be followed by a series of precautionary measures, including body temperature screenings.
The rapid testing service will be set up in meeting room “Akvariet 4 & 5” on the following days:
- Saturday 07:00 - 17:30
- Sunday 07:30 - 12:00
- Monday 06:30 - 09:30
The tests will be conducted by nurses from Medical Copenhagen and results will be delivered within 15 minutes.
Participants showing a negative test will receive an SMS which will need to be shown at the Conference Secretariat entrance to receive a wristband. The wristband will enable the participants to pick up their badge and should be worne on all conference days. Participants’ guests should follow the same process to pick up their badge.
During the conference days, in case of symptoms, antigen rapid tests will also be available at the Secretariat in meeting room “Harlekin”.
